How Aberra Works

Aberra makes it easy to sell policies, manage your team and keep everything in order. Here is what you can do, step by step.

1. Capture a sale in minutes

An agent fills in the client's details — the main member, family members on the policy, and who the money should go to. The system checks things like ID numbers as you type, so mistakes are caught early.

2. Every sale gets checked

Before a sale is final, the client confirms it themselves with a one-time pin (OTP) sent to their phone. If a debit order is set up, the client also gives bank-verified permission through DebiCheck before any money leaves their account — so everyone is protected and there are no surprises later.

3. Manage your team

Agency owners can add new agents, see who is active, and keep the team organised. Business owners can manage all their agencies from one screen.

4. Get paid, your way

Clients can pay by debit order (authenticated with DebiCheck) or with EasyPay, using a payment card with a barcode and QR code that can be scanned and paid at retailers. Aberra integrates with EasyPay and Netcash to automatically retrieve payments, allocate them to the correct policy, and calculate agent and agency commissions — no manual reconciliation required.

5. Build your own policy products

Tenants can set up their own policy definitions, including custom rules and rates, and customise the messages sent to clients during the sale process. You can also define the wording of your own policy documents at tenant or agency level.

6. See how your business is doing

Dashboards show sales for the day, the month, and more. You can also download your sales information as a report whenever you need it — for example, for your underwriter or your books. Tenants, agencies and agents can also review findings that flag anomalies, such as unverified sales or sales created outside of business hours, so risks are caught early.

7. Stay compliant

Aberra keeps a record of every important action, including disclaimers and client confirmations. If you ever need to show what happened and when, the information is there.
